Here's my gift to my virgo baby

It has always been and always will be the day each and everyone of us waits for and my friends its sure is not New Year. Some anticipate the day as a renewal while others might fear the day it self may be cuz the numbers always go up and it never goes down..Got the clue? Well, the particular day that i am mentioning here is the celebration of the day when we brought into this world..Our birthday!

Lemme tell you a lil bit about mine..My b'day is in April and i have never ever had such a blast for my bday! Behind my back for almost God knows how long Nadia was planning a surprise birthtday party and I will always remember it till the day i die. BUT this entry is not about my birthday it is about my Virgo baby Nadia's 23rd Birthday Celebration 2008.

So, in 2007 what we managed to do was buka puasa at hilton and I only surprised her with 22 roses. This year the game stepped up to a whole new level since she throwed me a surprise birthday bash..

The celebration started as soon as the clocks hits 12.00am thanx to Diera and Tasha who came to surprise her with a small cake. Cake no #1 Very sweet and Nadia was sure not expecting anything. Hahahaha. How she smiled that night.

Fast forward a couple of hours on Fri, we went to Seoul BBQ in Bangsar to have a wonderful and delightful tummy filled dinner surrounded by family. It was only Nadia, Diera, Tasha, Nurul, Syafiq and me. The place is average but the food was awesome. Having been there the first time it was sure an experience for both of us. Since its puasa and all, it packed! It's an all you can eat buffet where you choose what u wish to eat and u really cook it yourself! The fish was superb and overall it was a nice and terrific dinner. With tummy full, we pulled ourselves up and drove to celebrate Nadia's birthday somewhere where its much more fun and decided to continue her celebration at Laundry, The Curve. Here was another surprise; A "custom" made cake by Tasha and Diera! Hahahaha. Jeng Jeng Jeng!!! Cake no #2! Thanx for the cake Guys!! After that it was not much left to do but to head home and get a nice full nite sleep cuz there will be more the next day..

The next day on 20th is where all the fun begins!

I had to start early because there was a lot of things to do. Before I get to that, Nadia and me decided to have her "birthday dinner-buka puasa-makan makan" at RahsiaKL,Jalan Damai. More on the place later..;)

Here was the list of things I had to do for her birthday;

1-Text or call everyone to remind about the dinner
2- Get the birthday deco
3- Get the birthday cake
4- Decorate at rahsia
5- Make sure all things are ready for the dinner and get back home in time to pick Nadia up.

Sayang I am soo sorry that I lied to you on that day. Hehehehe.

I started the day early. First I had to get the birthday decorations and also the cake. Took a couple of hours and managed to get to the restaurant by 1pm. (Note 6 more hours before dinner). It was a challenge to drive with balloons in your car cuz they blocked the rear view mirror. Hahahahaha!

So managing to reach there, to my surprise the place was not opened yet. It was a weekend so the only start business at 3pm. I am glad that we reserved the patio and I could go through the back of the place to get to the patio.

I have to mention that the patio is nice but its rather plain. To make the place nicer and warmer and more special for my sayang, I am proud to say I managed to decorate the place with the help of the staff who came later. An hour plus of blowing up 40 pieces of balloons and all the candles plus the table setting, the patio is now warmer and ready for Nadia's birthday dinner! Wohoooo!!
I was out from Rahsia by 4-ish pm. ( Note- 3 hours before dinner)

Coming home I got ready and by 6.30 we were on the way there. I have to say nothing feels so good like when things go according to plan!

By the time we reached Rahsia, the place was perfect! With the candles and the balloons, especially the reaction on the birthday girl face. All of it was worth it! That was all I wanted. I just wanted her to feel special, I wanted her to know that the place and the dinner was about her. It was for her and I am glad I managed to pull that! (Fuhhhh--LeGa Nye!!)

There is not much to say on the food it was all goooooddd and yummy! The one thing I will remember the most is when they came out with her birthday cake ( Cake no #3..Hehehehe).. The music died down and they played the birthday song and came in with the cake with all the bunga api ( Im not sure how to explain it..Sorry) and it was perfect! Nadia wasn't expecting it and it really did show! She was kinda shaking..excited with the lil surprise! I got you good with that sayang! Hahahaha!
I am glad that everything worked out as plan and most importantly I have managed to let the one I love the most to really feel special and smiling throughout the night. All I want is for her to feel happy because she is such a special person...always giving and warm for me and she deserves all the happiness in the world. I want her to know that I appreciate her in my life and she is my most valued treasure, No she is my only treasure in my life!

With all I can give and more... Happy 23rd B'day Sayang!
Look out for next year! Hehehehehehe!
I love you so much!!

A special thanx to all who came and made it more special on the night, the very wonderful and helpful staff of RahsiaKL.

A very special thanx to Diera, Tasha, Nurul and Syafiq..You guys are the best!

That's it for now,
JIM

P/s- Sayang, you are the bestest gf and I am blessed to have you! I love you Nadia!

One year and the journey continues...

7th July 2007-- It's the date when Nadia and Nadzeem became a WE,an US and we both never looked back ever since..
7th July 2008-- Can you believe it? One year has passed that is 365 days,52 weeks and I don't want to count the hours, minutes and seconds. Hehehehe.. I'm not sure whether it's a good or a bad thing but our anniversary was on the day when classes started again.. So when we decided to bail on the first day of class, guess that it was more of a bad thing..We couldn't let class got into the way of our anniversary.. Nothing can and nothing would.. Hahahaha!!

Since this was our first anniversary,I decided to make it special..I had planned a wonderful night with my better half and I am so glad that it went as planned.. After deliberate research with the key word of "romantic dinner in kuala lumpur" and also "romantic dinner in damansara" plus "how do i make my Nadia happy with good mood and romantic ambiance" ( never tried the last one but you guys are free to try it) a few hits came up..sorry ain't gonna tell you what came up but what i can say is the place where it has it all is
Moussandra in Bukit Bintang..More of that later..

We started out the day a bit on the evening...Since we were both in the BB area,we decided to catch a movie first at Pavilion..GSC to be exact..A few movies were on now since its summer and all so we agreed on Wanted with Angelina Jolie in it..Hehehe..Have to say that the movie was in a way cool cuz they could swerve bullets and what not..Think of it as The Matrix but in reality kinda thing..All and all it was cool..

Next was the magical secret spot that was always there but hidden behind people's view..The type of place where you never thought that it existed in BB..There are a few nice places in BB no doubt but this one has its very own charm..Its romantic ambiance and the way you felt that you are in another place when start walking into the restaurant.. The lucky restaurant that was our pick to have our First Anni Dinner was Moussandra..(Here for more details)

Now here's how we both can say about the food...ITS SIMPLY DELICIOUS...From the tapas to their desert..Hmmm..YUmMy!! Can't remember what we had but here are some pictures of our lovely dinner..

To my love,My Nadia..Thanx for being this huge amount of positive and vibrant energy in my life..You are the reason i wake up happy and glad every morning cuz i know there is someone as beautiful as you insideout who loves me for all my weaknesses and all my strength..You have made me a better person..I love you till forever..I kid you not that i shall never leave you..I can only imagine more beautiful things for us in the future..Thanx for opening your heart to love me deeply and endlessly..

HAPPY FIRST ANNIVERSARY SAYANG!!! I LOVE YOU!!
